এই নভেল করোনা ভাইরাসের জেরেই এখন থমকে গিয়েছে আমাদের জীবন। ছন্দপতন ঘটেছে আমাদের রোজকার চেনা জীবন যাত্রাতেও। আর এমন অবস্থায় গর্ভবতী যারা তাদের উদ্বিগ্ন হওয়া খুবই স্বাভাবিক। কতখানি ঝুঁকি রয়েছে। কি ভাবেই বা নিজেকে সুস্থ রাখবেন এই সময় তা নিয়ে বং জার্নালকে বিশদে জানালেন  ‌মৃগাঙ্ক মৌলি সাহা (Obstetrics and Gynaecology)

এই করোনা ভাইরাস থেকে একজন সাধারণ মানুষের যতটুকু থাকে, একজন গর্ভবতী মহিলারও ঠিক ততটুকুই ঝুঁকি থাকে। তবে দেখা গিয়েছে মা যদি আক্রান্ত হয়েও থাকেন তবে তা থেকে সদ্যোজাতোদের শরীরে প্রবেশ করতে পারেনি এই নভেল করোনা। বা এর দ্বারা কোনো গর্ভপাতের নজির এখনো পর্যন্ত মেলেনি।
তবে কথাতে আছে precaution is better than cure, তাই হবু মায়েরা যদি আগে থেকেই নিজেদের জীবনযাত্রায় পরিবর্তন আনে তাহলে সংক্রমণ রোধ সম্ভব হবে। যেমন খাওয়া দাওয়া। প্রচুর পরিমানে শাক সবজি খেতে হবে। আন্টি অক্সিডেন্ট জাতীয় খাবার প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা গড়ে তোলে যা এই ধরণের রোগ ঠেকাতে বিশেষ ভূমিকা পালন করে। ভিটামিন সি রয়েছে এমন ফল খান। প্রয়োজনে ভিটামিন সি ট্যাবলেট খাওয়া যেতে পারে।এছাড়াও ঘন ঘন জল খান। অর্থাৎ হবু মায়েদের প্রথম কাজটি হল নিজের সুস্বাস্থ্যের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা। তার প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা শক্তিশালী করতে স্বাস্থ্যকর খাওয়া। সামাজিক দূরত্ব অনুশীলন করা। 

সামান্য সর্দি কাশি হলেও দ্রুত চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। তবে এতে ভয়ে পাবার কিছু নেই। করনাতে আক্রান্ত হলেও দেখা গিয়েছে যে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিয়ে দ্রুত সেরে উঠেছে।  খেয়াল রাখতে হবে সর্দি কাশিতে কোনো শ্বাস কষ্ট হচ্ছে কিনা। চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ মানুন। তেমন বুঝলে আগেই হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হয়ে যেতে হবে।

তবে মা কোনোভাবে আক্রান্ত হলে ডেলিভারির সময় কিছু জটিলতা আসতেই পারে। তাই আগে থেকেই চিকিৎসক কে জানিয়ে রাখুন। সে ক্ষেত্রে কিছু সাবধানতা নিতে হতে পারে। এম্বুলেন্স ও হাসপাতাল কতৃপক্ষকেও জানিয়ে রাখুন। প্রয়োজনে বিশেষ প্রটেক্টিভ কিট ব্যাবহার করতে হবে। 

কি ভাবে সুরক্ষিত রাখবেন সদ্যোজাতদের

শিশুকে ধরার আগে বা তার ব্যাবহারের যে কোনো জিনিস ধরার আগে ভালো করে সাবান দিয়ে হাত ধুন। 

সদ্যোজাতর সামনে কাশি বা হাঁচি এড়িয়ে চলুন।

প্রতিবার ব্যাবহারের পর শিশুর দুধের বোতল ও ব্রেস্ট পাম্প ভালো করে পরিষ্কার করে নেবেন।

শিশুকে বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানোর সময় বা সামনে থাকার সময় অতি অবশ্যই মাস্ক ব্যাবহার করুন।

How to slow down Covid - 19 : As advice by Doctor

Right now we are living in a world which is facing the severe pandemic of Novel Corona Virus. The pandemic is observed to have different stages in the infection cycle. The stage three is most alarming when the community transfer starts in geometric proportion. Our country is now at stage two. Dr Mriganka Mouli Saha (Gynaecologist and Obstetrics) shared here important advices on how to prevent  pandemic from reaching stage three.

The pandemic is growing exponentially in almost every countries. But there are few countries which have significantly slowed down the pandemic spread. Recently we have come across a video and come to know that Czech Republic is one of those countries  which has significantly controlled the infection propagation. Here are the few process they follow to slow down the vivid corona virus. Social distancing by staying at home, by following strict hygienic process and by wearing mask while going out ( this mostly concerns aged and sick people who may be suspected).

Many people are contagious before they show any type of symptoms. 

According to Vladimir Zdimal ( Head of the dept of chemistry and Aerosol physics, Czech Academy of Sciences) even a simple homemade mask can prevent 100% of the droplets.

Here we asked Dr. Mriganka Mouli Saha how far this procedure can work to slow down the pandemic. According to Dr. Saha it can definitely be slowed down by maintaining social distance as primary step to cut down the growth. He advises us to avoid any kind of social gathering and proximity with strangers during this period. Go out only if there is any emergency. Even if you go out then don't forget to maintain at least 1 meter difference from another person. So that the droplets that are created while talking get settled down within the said distance. As a result you don't get in touch with the virus. 

Does wearing mask really beneficial? 

Yes definitely. Whenever you are leaving home you need to wear it. So that it could prevent the virus from entering through nose and mouth and then passing to the respiratory tract. But you don't need to wear it at home. 

What type of mask we should use?

People can use simple surgical mask. N - 95, N - 97 are only meant for doctors. But there are also some do's and don't of using mask. Avoid touching the mask once you wear it. 

Surgical masks are effective up to 8 hours. Don't forget to wash them with detergent after using.

What else we need to do?

Keep yourself clean. Use sanitizer with more than 70% of alcohol. Wash your hand with soap for more than 20sec. Otherwise it won't work.

করোনার জেরে ইতিমধ্যেই একুশ দিনের জন্য লক ডাউন ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে গোটা দেশ জুড়ে। তবে ছাড় আছে মানুষের জরুরি পরিষেবাতে। ইতিমধ্যে amazon ও flipcart -এর মতো ই কমার্স ফার্মগুলো নতুন করে  গ্রাহকদের থেকে কোনো অর্ডার নিচ্ছে না মঙ্গলবার রাত থেকেই। 

ফ্লিপকার্টের  কর্পোরেট এফেয়ার প্রধান রাজনিশ কুমার ই মেল মারফত জানিয়েছেন যে যারা গ্রাহকদের কাছে সামগ্রী পৌছে দেবেন তাদের সুরক্ষার কথা মাথায় রেখেই এই পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হয়েছে। 
আমাজনের তরফ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে খুব জরুরি সামগ্রী ছাড়া তারা আর কোনো অর্ডার নিচ্ছেনা।

অন্যদিকে একই হাল বিগ বাস্কেট গ্রফার্স এর। বিগ বাস্কেট এর তরফ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে সামগ্রী পৌঁছতে গিয়ে পুলিশের কাছে অকারনেই হেনস্থা হতে হয়েছে ডেলিভারি অফিসারদের।

পিকাসো বলেছিলেন "Good artists copy, great arists steal" তেমনই বাংলায় প্রবাদ আছে চুরি বিদ্যা বড় বিদ্যা যদি না পড় ধরা। কিন্তু শিবপ্রসাদ বাবু আর নন্দিতা দেবী বার বারই ধরা পড়ছেন নাকি নিছক কাকতালিও পরিণতি? ওনাদের ভাবখানা এমন যেন ছবির বিষয়বস্তু একটু বেশিই সাহিত্যের ভারে পক্ক তাই তাল বুঝে কোন লেখক তাল ঠুকে নাম কেনার ফন্দি আটছেন। যদিও কথায় আছে ঝুট বোলে কৌয়া কাটে, কিন্তু শেষমেষ ভারে কেটে যাচ্ছে বক্সঅফিসের জোরে  আর বেশিরভাগ লেখকই যখন কলম-পেশা মাস মাইনের জোরেই কলম চালিয়ে যান তখন কে সাহস পাবে দ্বন্ধে যেতে। 

উইন্ডোস প্রোডাকশনের সাম্প্রতিক ছবি "ব্রহ্মা জানেন গোপন কম্মটি" নিয়ে টলিপাড়ায় অনেক জল গড়িয়ে  গেছে বিগত কয়েকদিনে। এই সময়ের এক উল্লেখযোগ্য বেস্টসেলার লেখিকা, দেবারতি মুখোপাধ্যায়ের উপন্যাস "দিওতিমা" থেকে প্রায় অনেক অংশে চরিত্রায়ন, প্লট এবং সিকুয়েন্স ছবিটিতে মিলে যাচ্ছে। আসল ব্যাপার হল লেখিকার দৃষ্টিগোচর করেন প্রথমে তাঁর পাঠকরাই যখন উল্লেখ্য ছবিটির ট্রেলার প্রকাশ হয়। লেখিকা যথেষ্ট সচেতনভাবে তাঁর প্রকাশক, দীপ প্রকাশনীকে সব কিছু বারংবার জানতে তাঁরা প্রযোজক শিবপ্রসাদ মশাইকে জানাতে তিনি আশ্বস্ত করেন যে ছবির রূপরেখায় কোনোই মিল নেই যদিও ছবি ও গল্পের মূল উপজীব্য এক মহিলা যিনি অব্রাহ্মণ ও নারী হওয়া সত্ত্বেও সনাতন পুরোহিত সম্প্রদায় ও সমাজের বাঁধা কাটিয়ে কিভাবে পৌরহিত্য পেশায় নিজেকে পারদর্শী করে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হন। এই সময় নাকি প্রকাশকের সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজে একটি লেখা মুছে ফেলা হয় ও উইন্ডোজের কাছে ভুল স্বীকার করে পোস্ট ও করা হয়।

এরপর ছবি প্রকাশের পর গোপন কম্মটি নিয়ে আবারো পাঠকরাই লেখিকাকে অবহিত করেন আর তারপর তিনি একটি ফেসবুকে পোস্ট করে ওনার বিশ্বাসভঙ্গ ও হতাশার কথা জানান। এর আগেও সুুচিত্রা ভট্টাচার্য, লিনাদেবীর লেখার ছায়ায় ছবি করে নূন্যতম ক্রেডিটটুকু দেননি আর্থিক প্রাপ্য তো দুরস্ত। এর পরই লেখিকাকে উকিলের চিঠি পাঠানো হয় এই মর্মে, যার মূল অভিযোগ নাকি লেখিকা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে অপপ্রচার চালাচ্ছেন আর ছবিটি নাকি কোনো ভাবেই গল্পের সঙ্গে মিল নেই। শুধু তাই নয় সোশ্যাল মিডিয়াতে তার লেখা নিয়ে নানান কুৎসা ও পোস্ট করে একপ্রকার কোনঠাসা করার প্রচেষ্টা শুরু হয় যাতে লেখিকা আরো বদ্ধপরিকর হয়ে প্রেস বিজ্ঞপ্তি দিয়ে আইনি লড়াইয়ে নামার তোড়জোড় শুরু করেছেন। এরই মধ্যে সমভাবাপন্ন ভুক্তভুগি লেখক সমাজকে নিয়ে একটি সংগঠনের রূপরেখাও তৈরি করছেন। শুধু তাই নয় উনি বাংলা লেখকদের জন্য প্রথম এজেন্সি বেঙ্গলিটেজের (দু  বছর আগে বইমেলায় যার সূচনা করেন শীর্ষেন্দু মুখোপাধ্যায়ের কন্যা দেবলীনা মুখোপাধ্যায় ও এই পোর্টালের স্রষ্টা প্রত্যয় সুর) সাথে যোগাযোগ করেছেন। 

দেবারতি বলছেন এমনিতেই লেখকদের রোজগারের দিকটা অবহেলিত। তার ওপর এই ধরণের ঘটনা মরার ওপর খাড়ার ঘা। এরপর একজন লেখকদের একা লড়াই করা খুব কঠিন। ফলে তাদের সেই লড়াই থেকে সরে আসতে হয়।  এই ধরণের প্রতারণা এড়াতে বা কপিরাইট  সুরক্ষিত করতে একটি ফোরামের খুব প্রয়োজন।
দেবলীনা মুখোপাধ্যায় জানান কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন বহুদিন ধরেই চলছে।  যারা গল্প নিতে আসেন তারা  চুক্তিপত্রে এত কিছু দিয়ে দেন যে তা পড়ে দেখা সম্ভব হয়না লেখকদের। অনেকসময়  ছায়াছবির জন্য গল্প নিতে এসে  লেখকদের বিশ্বাস এবং আইনি অজ্ঞানতার সুযোগ নিয়ে তাদের অজ্ঞাতে ওয়েবসিরিজ এবং বিভিন্ন ভাষায় সিরিয়ালের সত্ত্বাধিকার নিয়ে নেওয়া হচ্ছে। দেওয়া হচ্ছে না যোগ্য পারিশ্রমিকও।

লেখিকা আরও জানান "আমার বিরুদ্ধে অশালীন মন্তব্য করে ওনারা নিজেদের রুচি বুঝিয়েছেন। এর আগেও এরকম প্রতারণা করে ক্ষমতার জোর দেখিয়েছে। কিন্তু এবার সোচ্চার হবার পালা।"

তাঁর পাঠকরাই তাঁকে সাহস জুগিয়ে যাচ্ছেন এই অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে রুখে দাঁড়াতে কারণ ক্লেপ্টোমানিয়া বার বার পার পেয়ে গেলে দাগিরা এরকম ভাবে লেখকদের প্রাপ্য অর্থ শুধু নয় সম্মানটুকু ও কেড়ে নিতে অন্যদেরও সাহস যোগাবেন । সোশ্যাল দেওয়ালে তরজায় অনেকেই উপন্যাসটি না পড়েই মন্ত্যব্য করছেন অথবা এরকমও বলছেন যে লেখাটির থেকে নাকি সিনেমাটা অনেক ভালো হয়েছে, যেটাতে সাদৃশ্য প্রকারন্তরে স্বীকার করেই নেওয়া হয়। 

একসময়ের রিমেক (তামিল থেকে হলিউড) থেকে বাংলা সিনেমা কনটেন্টে অনেক এগিয়েছে কিন্তু কিছু মানসিকতা এখনো বদলায়নি, যদি সিনেমার বাণিজ্যের কথাই ধরা হয়, উইন্ডোস যদি মনের জানালা খুলে দেবারতির মতো জনপ্রিয় লেখকদের যোগ্য সম্মানটুকু দিয়ে ছবির campaign এ সামিল করত তাহলে তাঁর সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় (প্রায় লক্ষাধিক ফ্যান ফলোয়ার) খ্যাতির জন্য টিকিট বিক্রি কয়েকগুন বাড়তো বই কমত না। শুধু তাই নয় এই নেগেটিভ পাবলিসিটির পর অনেকেই বক্সঅফিস থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিতে পারে ভবিষ্যতেও এই সমীকরণটা কষার সদিচ্ছা নেই তাই বক্সঅফিসের অহংকার যে অনিত্য তা স্রষ্টা ব্রহ্মাই হয়তো জানেন।

What's Up Cafe : A Bewitching Experience Of Rooftop Lounge

My first visit to whatsUp Cafe with my family was to celebrate our 5th anniversary. The main attraction of this place is the rooftop sitting arrangement and live music. The ambience was excellent with panoramic view. But the live music was really average. The interior decoration is also appreciable. We first chose to sit on the rooftop. But it is winter and the breeze was too cold to sit outside with our kid. There's bar and hukka facilities too.

We chose Chicken tikka kabab for starter. The kabab was excellent and was served piping hot with loads of salad and sauce. The kabab was succulent and well cooked. It was so soft inside that easily get melted inside the mouth. My 3 years old daughter really enjoyed the dish as she was easily chewing it.

In the main course we tried Mixed Cantonese Pan fried noodles. It looks moist outside but inside it was crunchy. It was loaded with lots of mushroom and egg. But the amount of chicken and prawn was not enough.

But in total they serve ample amount of food. The main course was more than enough for two person. Foods were really scrumptious and non greasy. Water melon juice was average.

This restro pub is located at Southern Avenue just opposite of Najrul Mancha (Gate - 2). Very near to Golpark and just 10 minutes walking distance from Lake Kali Bari.

Why I Switched On To Everteen Natural Intimate Wash : Review

Sundarban Diary - Thrilling Lifetime Experience

If I ask you about Sundarban,one of the world's largest mangrove forest, what will come to your mind first? Bengal Tiger. Yes the great Royal Bengal Tiger. But I must say Sundarbans means exquisite nature, the mystery and the music of jungle, rustling of leaves, shades of green and yellow, whistling of crickets, bird's chirping and serenity of the river. Sundarban is one of the world's largest estuarine forest criss crossed by hundreds of tributaries and creeks.

It was after a prolonged waiting I and my family managed to plan a short trip at Sundarban - the land of Bengal Tiger. On 11 October 2019.We headed towards this world heritage site located at the southern tip of west Bengal (A large part of Sundarban is included in Bangladesh too) and about 110 Km from Kolkata.

To reach Sundarbans you have to reach Gosaba block ghat at Godkhali first. We were supposed to meet at Godkhali with our tour operator. So we reached Canning via train from Jadavpur (one can also take train from Sealdah to reach canning). From there we reserved an auto to reach Godkhali. It took about an hour to reach there and from then we could feel the real thrill and were excited by anticipating the adventure.
while waiting to join the tour operator at Godkhali I had a conversation with few local inhabitants. They shared that how Bengal tigers has become part and parcel of daily life of Sundarbans. This is the land of Tiger, definitely man eater, crocodiles and King cobras.There are so many stories hidden in Sundarban that are undeniably gave us goosebumps. I was startled to learn from one of the ferry men (majhi) that in the last day itself the man-eater claimed a human prey from one of the village outskirts of the jungle!
